Sara is an E-RYT500 Yoga and Meditation teacher whose passion and skills lie in making the ancient and often esoteric wisdom of yoga approachable to modern yogis. She travels to offer unique workshops on topics that range from Yoga Philosophy, Modern Spirituality, Svadhyaya, Meditation and more. Her own sadhana is steeped in study, contemplation and meditation as she humbly studies and practices with some of the most renowned scholar practitioners such as her teacher Paul Muller-Ortega as well as Christopher Wallis, Edwin Bryant, David Frawley and Douglas Brooks.
